Company founded in 1963 by Mr. Ramon Balbastre Ferrer, starting up the activity of the company, mainly in the building of moulds for thermoplastics die casting, non ironng alloys and cutting matrix. As the time went on we were introducing new areas to complete Ormet Ltd offering a complete process for the production of a piece of zamak, alluminium and plastic die casting.

We have a 5000 square meters where we locate the activities. The activities are related from the design of a product, building the moulds, up to finishing of a piece in electroplating or painting, working exclusively for the customer and protecting the environment.

ORMET, S.L. takes part for the project IBE-RM


With the project IBE-RM we want to promote the development of rapid manufacturing technologies in national area. For that project all the implied agents: Universities, Technologic Centers, Research Center and companies, which are included Ormet S.L.


As Rapid Manufacturing we understand the set of manufacturing technologies used in whichever stage of development or product manufacturing where piece is made coating after coating from digital information.


Project IBE-RM with reference PSE-020000-2009-001, is within Science and Innovation Ministry line of Strategic Singular Projects (2009-2010).
